Teen Strength & Conditioning
Ages 13-16
This class is designed to introduce teens to foundational training techniques while helping them build muscle, increase strength, and improve overall athletic performance. Based on our signature OPHT Strength programming, the workouts are slightly modified to meet teens where they are—providing a safe, accessible entry point into structured strength and conditioning. Whether they’re looking to get faster on the field or stronger in the gym, this program will lay a solid foundation for long-term athletic development.
